  • Through her passion for flute, Elaine is a multi-flute specialist performing and teaching (but not limited to) : Piccolo, Flute, Alto Flute, Bass Flute, Quena, Native American Flute, Irish Flute and Tin Whistle.

  • Elaine Martir and Jill Pauls are the Instructors of Flute at Oregon State University. Our students range from non-music majors to music performance majors. We are always accepting applications for our studios. More information can be found here‍ ‍

  • Elaine believes to unlock your full potential in music, one needs be caring for all aspects of their mental, physical and spiritual health. She makes individual plans to maximize her students success through their unique style of learning. All are welcome in her classroom!

  • West Winds Flute Choir has been making music together since 1995 in Eugene, OR. A mix of amateur and passion flutists, the group is looking for more members to continue on the legacy! We rehearse Wednesday’s from 6-8pm at the Eugene Center for Spiritual Living. Please submit the contact form if you’d like to join us!

  • Elaine believes that EVERYONE is entitled to clean water, clean air, nutrient rich food, safe housing, access to education, healthcare and to be able to enjoy nature alongside our protected wildlife. We must be thinking about the health of our planet for future generations to come.
